The project starts with a written specification covering target appearance, capacity, compatible pump or neck finish, materials, decoration, order quantity and launch timing. This prevents a visually attractive concept from moving forward before the practical production risks are understood.
Samples are reviewed against agreed checkpoints rather than general impressions. Critical dimensions, bottle cap fit, color limits, decoration position, assembly feel and packing method are recorded before mass production.
Surface decoration starts from 5,000 pcs per color batch. A qualifying 10,000-bottle order can be split into two colors of 5,000 pcs each. The color-batch rule applies to surface decoration and does not replace the applicable base bottle MOQ, which is confirmed from verified bottle weight and project specifications.
The standard starting order quantity is MOQ confirmed after bottle weight and project specification review. Tooling, sample charge, production lead time and final commercial terms are confirmed after the selected structure and finish have passed technical review.
