Information we collect
When you request a quotation, we may collect your name, company, business contact details, country or region, product requirements, estimated quantity, launch schedule, message, reference file and the marketing source that brought you to the inquiry page. We also keep security and delivery records needed to operate the service.
Why we use it
We use inquiry information to review feasibility, recommend products, prepare samples or quotations, communicate about the requested project, protect the website and maintain necessary business records. We do not sell inquiry information.
Optional analytics and your choice
Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity are optional. When configured, their scripts remain disabled until you choose “Accept analytics”. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from browsing the site or sending an inquiry. Your choice is stored in this browser and can be changed through “Privacy choices” in the footer.
Sharing and international processing
Authorized Shanhe Glass staff and service providers may process information only where needed to operate the website, deliver communications or support the requested project. As we are based in China and serve international buyers, information may be processed in China and in locations used by our contracted infrastructure or analytics providers.
Retention
Inquiry records are normally kept for up to 24 months after the last project interaction. Records connected to an order, payment, dispute, legal duty or documented hold may be kept longer for the applicable requirement. When information is no longer needed, we delete, anonymize or restrict it. Rejected or incomplete uploaded files are removed from quarantine.
Your requests
Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw an analytics choice. We verify the requester and scope before disclosing or deleting information, and we explain if a legal or operational exception applies.
Security and updates
We use role-based access, private attachment delivery, session protection, request validation and operational logs. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We will update this page when our processing purposes, provider set or retention posture materially changes.
