How this works in a real project
SHANHE GLASS coordinates perfume glass bottle production, mold development, sampling, surface decoration and export delivery from Changsi Industrial Park, Sihong County, Suqian City, Jiangsu Province, China.
The approved daily production capacity for perfume glass bottles is 130 tonnes. This capacity statement applies to perfume glass bottle production at the Jiangsu operation; it is not a promise that every project receives the same daily allocation.
Custom mold production normally takes 20–25 days. After the mold is completed, sampling is completed within 7 days. The sampling clock therefore starts after mold completion, not from the initial inquiry date.
Average bulk delivery is 40–45 days and includes surface decoration time. Project timing is confirmed against the approved specification, sample sign-off, decoration route, quantity and export delivery requirements.
For perfume glass bottles below 110 g, the MOQ is 30,000 pcs. For bottles weighing 110 g or more, the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. If bottle weight has not been verified, MOQ is confirmed after bottle weight and project specification review.
Surface decoration starts from 5,000 pcs per color batch. A qualifying 10,000-bottle order can be split into two colors of 5,000 pcs each; the color-batch rule does not replace the applicable base bottle MOQ.
