A stage gated development workflow from drawing and DFM review to pilot tooling and approved production samples. Shanhe works as an integrated perfume packaging manufacturer, coordinating glass bottles, injection molded caps and the related decoration and inspection steps through one export project team.
The project starts with a written specification covering target appearance, capacity, compatible pump or neck finish, materials, decoration, order quantity and launch timing. This prevents a visually attractive concept from moving forward before the practical production risks are understood.
Samples are reviewed against agreed checkpoints rather than general impressions. Critical dimensions, bottle cap fit, color limits, decoration position, assembly feel and packing method are recorded before mass production.
The standard starting order quantity is 10,000 pieces. Tooling, sample charge, production lead time and final commercial terms are confirmed after the selected structure and finish have passed technical review.
